The concept behind the house in Dalkey was to take full advantage of it’s unique sloping site and create a great modern home while maintaining a single storey street frontage. The ground floor was raised by 47″ to take full advantage of the stunning views of Dublin. The all white modern home design and exterior architecture is paired with lovely fresh greenery. I love that late evening shot, the blue tones playing off the sky – perfect!
